BIOGRAPHY
In the creative graphics and production industry, my career has paralleled the advent of computer graphics through to today’s online technologies. At The Modesto Bee, I earned my way as creative designer and was assigned a wide variety of major projects. With the advent of Macintosh computers I was on the forefront of user technology and its application to print publishing--the first generation of graphic artists to send electronic files directly to film and then to PDF workflow.
My work has been featured in trade magazines such as Macdonald’s Classified, Advertising Sales Ideas and sales brochures for Multi-Ad Creator design software, I received awards for work excellence recognized by the California Newspapers Executive Association including an exclusive 5-Star Employee Award for Advertising Support.
